Since joining the industry in 1996 I have had various client facing/interaction roles and I have put my previous experiences to use in assisting Financial Associates’ clients to get the best possible service. My aim is very simple, to always provide our clients the same level of service I would expect to be provided with myself whilst endeavouring to deliver on our client charter and ensuring the best possible outcome for any client is achieved at all times.

The role of Client Service Manager is very diverse, whether it be helping our clients, training new members, supporting our advisers or looking at ways we can improve our processes as a company to benefit those that utilise our services. I find the role very enjoyable but challenging. I am always keen to receive feedback and but also enjoy praise too. Delivering clients service is what Financial Associates are good at and I always think that I am always at the forefront of developing improvements to that service.
